The primary purpose of this support group is to offer a safe and non-judgmental environment where women with ADHD can come together to share their experiences, struggles, successes, and strategies for managing their condition. The goals may include providing emotional support, sharing resources, and fostering a sense of community among members. This can be a drop in group for women who are interested at anytime. Regular attendance is encouraged.
