After Hours Crisis Procedure

Please provide the Answering Service with the following information:
- Your name and telephone number
- The nature of the crisis and, in particular, if the crisis involves medication management issues/concerns
- The name of your primary therapist or MD / PMHNP
The Answering Service will attempt to make contact with your primary therapist for a non-medication crisis call or your MD / PMHNP (only if the problem involves medications) . If the Answering Service is unable to contact your primary therapist, the On-Call therapist for LifeStance Health will be paged, the On-Call Therapist will contact you and assist with the crisis.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please contact 911 or go to your nearest Hospital's emergency department
