Individual therapy and group therapy
Willard’s primary interest is working with children, young adults and the LGBTQ+ community. Life transitions occur more frequently and rapidly than ever before, and modern therapy is adapting as quickly to address the issues. Stress and trauma affect each individual differently even when exposed to the same events. Your experience is uniquely yours and you deserve to be heard. Willard uses Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and is adding to his arsenal of methodology regularly.
