Shawn Wolf LASW, Intern
Shawn has a Master of Social Work degree from Eastern Washington University and has 20 years' experience working in crisis centers, inpatient treatment and evaluations programs, hospitals and mental health agencies.
Individual therapy and group therapy.
Shawn's primary interest is working with adult individuals who are struggling with major life changes such as the death of a loved one, divorce or breakup, relocation/retirement and loneliness, major illness or injury, parenting issues or job loss. Unexpected losses, events or challenging situations are part of all our lives and can cause significant stress. A single stressful event may trigger depression or anxiety at any point in life, even many years later. Shawn uses systems theory, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy to provide a safe and compassionate space for you to explore and work toward finding a healthy balance in your perspective of yourself and in your relationships.
Shawn enjoys dancing, walking, art, and self-care activities.
