Individual and family counseling.
I believe that change is possible across the lifespan regardless of genetics or previous life experience. I use an eclectic approach grounded in modalities which are hopeful, effective, strength based, and client driven. I strive to build a space for change that feels safe and welcoming, but at the same time supports accountability to and goal attainment toward a happier and more fulfilling life.
