Rick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who received his Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Portland State University and his BS in Sociology and Psychology from Oregon State University. He has over 30 years of experience working in community mental health, outpatient counseling, an employee assistance program (EAP) and in behavioral health services in healthcare.
