Education
Rebecca has been a Licensed Psychologist since 2017. In 2010, Rebecca graduated with a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University’s School of Professional Psychology. She completed internship at Hanna Perkins Center for Child Development (Shaker Heights, OH) and residency at Western Psychological and Counseling Services (Hillsboro, OR). Employment prior to and post graduate school, collectively offers Rebecca over fifteen years of “real-life” experience working with children. She has worked in community mental health clinics, hospitals, youth shelters, privately funded clinics as well as preschools and daycares.

Theoretical Orientation
Rebecca’s therapeutic approach emphasizes supporting the emotional and mental health of parents and their children. She draws from a range of therapeutic tools and incorporates them as each family sees fit. She focuses on strengthening relationships because having trust and respect for one another’s feelings builds the foundation for all other learning. Her treatment course considers parents a vital part of the therapeutic process.
