Raquel Stewart is a Professional Counselor Associate in Oregon who has been practicing since 2021. Life transitions can be complex, and Raquel hopes to provide a safe space for people to process through challenges and find healing, whether that has to do with adjustment to a new situation, family dysfunction, trauma, time management, depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidality, or something else. Raquel values and honors people’s stories and lived experiences, and her hope is that through the empathy and collaboration of the counseling process people can grow by exploring their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Raquel is able to conduct sessions in either Spanish or English.
