Paul Walsh is a Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 13 years of experience specializing in helping those experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, family conflict, and spiritual discernment find a way through life's challenges, finding answers, and moving towards greater fulfillment in life. Paul comes from the Humanistic tradition of psychotherapy which believes that each person holds within their own answers to their life story that can be unveiled in the safe and confidential environment that therapy provides. Through this process, one may find that the desired changes in their personal lives may manifest in unexpected ways.

Paul was born and raised in the Portland area, and has lived extensively in San Francisco. He is passionate about music and the arts, his family, and intercultural relations. He lives in Southwest Portland, with his partner, infant son, and Miniature Golden Doodle, Bjorn.
