Pamela Gates LCSW
BSW & MSW from Portland State University. Graduated Summa Cum Laude.
I see individuals, groups, families, couples, adults and children from age six and up. All patients are treated with unconditional positive regard in an inclusive and accepting environment.
My orientation is Cognitive Behavioral and Psycho-dynamic generally although I do use other modalities in my practice: Solution focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Integrative and Holistic and others as deemed appropriate.
I have a musical orientation and I love to work with creative people. I enjoy developing intervention management strategies that bring the best outcomes for my patients. With my clinical skills and demonstrated commitment to serving individuals and families with mental health concerns, I believe that I have been an asset to the individuals that I have had the privilege to work with. I continue to research new evidence-based practices.
