Morgan uses multiple approaches to therapy depending on the client's needs. Primary theories include Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Gestalt, systems, and attachment theories. Morgan works from a strength focused perspective and believes that everyone does the best they can with what they have at the time.

Morgan enjoys walking outdoors, cooking, eating, and spending time with her cat. She has traveled and danced hula, both of which she hopes to do again.
