Individual and Group therapy.
I incorporate a strengths-based trauma informed approach to therapy. I tailor my theory and interventions to meet each client's individual needs and abilities and therefore, have understanding and practice in various evidence-based modalities.
In my personal time I enjoy being outdoors, exercising, camping, teaching gymnastics, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
