Melissa Miracle LPC
More Information
Melissa Miracle is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon who has been practicing since 2012. She has a BA from the University of California Berkeley and an MA from Boston College. Melissa can help clients slow down and carve out a peaceful, quiet space to process thoughts and feelings in our too-often fast paced world. She works to create a nonjudgmental safe space where clients have the opportunity to explore their worldview and to become empowered in improving the quality of their lives. Melissa believes in a client-centered approach to narrative therapy, where client and therapist collaborate on therapeutic goals. She employs a variety of approaches including psychodynamic and attachment theories, incorporating mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques. Melissa is committed to anti-racism and inclusion through her own personal process work and education. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys reading novels, watching dystopian movies, and painting. She recently started learning how to play the piano. When the Oregon weather cooperates, Melissa likes to go camping and hiking, and in the meantime does a lot of yoga.
