I provide virtual therapy services for children and adults utilizing a strengths-based approach and trauma-informed lens. I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Therapy, depending on the individual and their unique needs and strengths. I also have training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. I have worked in the field of mental and behavioral health since 2005 and have extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults with a variety of developmental disabilities and mental health needs. I practice from a collaborative approach to care and believe that a safe, respectful, and mutual relationship is at the center of our success together.
