Melissa Bullard believes that people are always growing and facing new challenges. Sometimes the strategies that helped us in the past are no longer working. Therapy can help when we are feeling stuck. Melissa works with her clients to help them gain fresh perspectives, find their strengths, and try out new ways of doing things. She uses a warm, supportive, and sometimes humorous approach to help clients live more fulfilling lives. Melissa practices from an integrated Gestalt therapy orientation. This is a flexible and collaborative style of therapy. In addition, Melissa is committed to cultural humility and enjoys working with clients from a variety of backgrounds. She has experience helping people face a wide range of stressful situations, past traumas, and mental health conditions.
