Meg provides counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. When working with children she provides care for the entire family, and believe that parents are central to the process.
Meg believes in working with families to facilitate change and improve relationships. She utilizes techniques from Family Systems Theories, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy and Positive Psychology. She also enjoys using Christian counseling techniques including Catholic spirituality for those interested in this type of intervention.
