I believe that relationships can help people heal. I offer a safe and compassionate counseling relationship in which I am responsive to your needs, and support you in accomplishing your goals. Your spirituality is welcome in sessions, and I will follow your lead. The theoretical foundations that inform my counseling approach are Person-Centered Therapy, Contextual Therapy, Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Intersubjectivity Psychoanalysis, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
In my free time, I enjoy connecting with family and friends, going on road trips, being in nature, reading, walking, and playing board games.
