I value offering a safe and compassionate counseling relationship in which I am responsive to your needs, and support you in accomplishing your goals. In sessions, I integrate various approaches and tools based on your goals and a collaborative process with you. Your spirituality is welcome in sessions, and I will follow your lead. The theoretical foundations that inform my counseling approach include Person-Centered Therapy, Contextual Therapy, Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Ego State Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
