I have been working as a mental health therapist for children and young adults providing therapy on anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, early childhood defiance, and significant difficulties with adjustment.

Theoretical Orientation
I primarily address therapy through a Strengths-Based, Attachment Focused, and Systems Perspective approach. The therapy models I incorporate into therapy include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I view therapy as being collaborative and increasing young people's resiliency to manage life's challenges.
