Kayla Carrar LPC
Education
Kayla is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who received her Masters degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis and Clark Graduate School.
Services Offered
I primarily work with individuals ages 5-35
Theoretical Orientation
I use a collaborative and strengths based approach to therapy as I truly believe that every person has the knowledge and inner strength needed to grow and thrive. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality therapy, and Creative Interventions such as sand tray, art, and play based therapy. I believe that therapy should not be a cookie cutter approach, and as such we will work together as a team to discover what works best for you.
