Education
Kathryn received her Master of Counseling from Arizona State University and previously worked with persons with serious mental illness for over five years with a focus on reducing symptoms while increasing overall wellness. Kathryn also has an arts background and a BFA in theatre arts.

Kathryn provides a client centered and trauma informed approach in addition to encouraging creative problem solving. She pulls from various therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in collaboration with client goals.
