Kathryn Clark LPC
Kathryn received her Master of Counseling from Arizona State University and previously worked with persons with serious mental illness for over five years with a focus on reducing symptoms while increasing overall wellness. Kathryn also has an arts background and a BFA in theatre arts.
Individual therapy, group therapy, and couples therapy
Kathryn provides a client centered and trauma informed approach in addition to encouraging creative problem solving. She pulls from various therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in collaboration with client goals.
Kathryn has lived in multiple regions around the US including both coasts and in her spare time enjoys film, reading, and travel.
