Education
I received my Masters of Arts in Counseling from Multnomah University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked with families, couples and individuals in the mental health field since 2010 in a variety of clinical settings including community mental health, residential treatment centers, school-based positions and group practice settings. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship struggles, attachment issues and trauma.
Services Offered
Individual, and Couples.
Theoretical Orientation
I believe individuals have the abilities needed to create positive and healthy lives for themselves. I also believe that you are an expert in your own life and are capable of creating appropriate goals for therapy. My role as a therapist is to assist you in developing and accomplishing these goals by finding potential solutions for your current struggles. Knowing that each individual and couple is unique, I will shape and adjust my approach toward therapy upon your perspective(s).
More Information
I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter and adorable dog. I enjoy seeking out new adventures, trying out new recipes, diving into a good puzzle and singing my heart out at Karaoke.
