Karrie Ehlers Psychologist Resident
Karrie is a Resident Psychologist, who received her Doctorate in clinical psychology from Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon. Karrie completed her APA accredited internship at the Montana VA Healthcare System in Helena, Montana. Karrie is supervised by Monica Froman, Ph.D.
Karrie primarily uses Gestalt and Buddhist Psychology, which are person-centered, holistic approaches that focus on non judgmental awareness and the present moment. Karrie is also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Chronic Pain (CBT-CP), and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
