Jessica has a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She has over five years of clinical experience in outpatient and intensive outpatient settings.
Jessica provides mental health and addictions counseling, education, and relapse prevention planning to adult individuals.
Jessica provides mainly cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Her approach is humanistic, or person-centered, meaning that she interacts with each client with empathy, genuineness, and positive regard.
Jessica lives with her husband and their two cats, Pennie and Tony. She enjoys going on walks, reading, and creative hobbies such as art, coloring, and bullet journaling.
