Jessica has four years of clinical experience in an intensive outpatient setting. She has been licensed since May of 2018 and has been a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor since March of 2018. She has a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Jessica provides mental health and addictions counseling, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
Jessica provides mainly cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Her approach is humanistic, or person-centered, meaning that she interacts with each client with empathy, genuineness, and positive regar
Jessica lives with her husband and their two cats, Pennie and Tony. She enjoys creative hobbies such as art, coloring, and bullet journaling.
