Jess Kurzdorfer identifies as queer, non-binary, trans masculine person with expertise in LGBT/TGNC and BIPOC neurodivergent people. They enjoy caring for all ages including children, adolescents, and adults. Jess has diverse passions and experience which align with their value of serving underrepresented communities. As a clinician, Jess builds strong bonds with their clients because they allow them to feel seen, heard, and appreciated for their lived experience. Jess is wholly nonjudgmental and operates from a risk reduction perspective. They intuitively evaluate all areas of their client’s lives and address physical and mental health concerns, support system needs, socio economic issues, and relationships difficulties. Jess prioritizes discussions about sleep changes, dietary interventions, stress reduction, and additional laboratory or genetic testing as needed. Jess has additional specialized training in ADHD and Autism in both children and adults. Jess graduated from the University of Rochester in New York with both their Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nursing. Jess is a parent of 6. Jess enjoys their family dog and cat, gardening, baking, podcasts, and naps!
