Jerrica has an MA in Marriage, Couples and Family Counseling. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families treating anxiety, depression, behavior issues, and unexpected life changes. She is passionate about serving people within the BIPOC community.

Individual and family counseling. Jerrica specializes in ages 6-10 years old, and 18 to 64 years old.
Theoretical Orientation
Jerrica views the world through an attachment-based lens, and will often use techniques pulled from Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Child Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT). For younger clients, art, toys, books, and games are also incorporated.

Jerrica enjoys collecting various houseplants, going on nature walks and hikes, and traveling. Jerrica was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2011.
