Jaynie has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from George Fox University. She has experience in school based behavioral health and non-profit community mental health. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Theoretical Orientation
Jaynie believes that life is never without hope, and that individual's can work toward mental health through a number of avenues, one being therapy. She works collaboratively with individuals to create goals, identify strengths, and work toward healing and lasting change. Jaynie values working together with clients to progress towards mental health. She utilizes an eclectic approach with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, collaborative problem solving, and strength-based practice. She has additional training in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TFCBT).

In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, being active, and experiencing the outdoors. I love living in the Northwest and enjoy hiking, snowboarding, crossfit, yoga, and a good cup of coffee.
