I have work with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, childhood emotional neglect, relationship struggles, grief/loss, identity and self esteem issues, and navigating life with chronic shame. I also enjoy working with females who struggle with hormonal imbalance and/or peri menopause and menopause symptoms that can cause relationship struggles and work disruption. I place a strong focus on relationships and our attachments with one another. I also focus on the mind and helping you gain awareness of your thoughts, and their impact on your feelings and actions. I help individuals to gain a greater connect to their emotions, finding ways to honor them and manage their impact on one's life.
