Jack's therapeutic approaches are eclectic in that they are tailored to assist his clients to meet their desired personal goals. He offers either brief or long term therapy. His primary focus is to develop a non judgmental therapeutic relationship so his clients feel safe to share their inner struggles and emotional pain. He is committed to helping his clients decrease disturbing symptoms like anxiety and depression, healing and recovery from trauma and abuse, enriching relationships and marriages, and interrupting distressing patterns. He further is committed to helping his clients experience their own uniqueness, worth, and value; to further discover their inner resources for success, wholeness, and happiness.
