My therapeutic approaches are tailored to assist you in gaining awareness and understanding into your feelings, beliefs, and behaviors; and to help you establish new patterns that will lead to your desired personal goals.
I offer either brief or longer-term psychotherapy. I provide brief therapy for symptom relief, problem management, or problem resolution. I also provides longer-term psychotherapy that is based on insight and relations model. My focus in the type of therapy is to develop a caring therapeutic relationship, and to assist you in gaining understanding into your childhood experiences and the effect those experiences are having on your present; to promote emotional healing, personal growth, and to further help you experience your won uniqueness, worth, and value.
