Individual Psychotherapy
Theoretical Orientation
I conceptualize client problems from a cognitive-behavioral orientation.
I view beliefs, and to a lesser degree events or personal characteristics, as being at the core of human suffering. As a result, during therapy I place central importance on addressing client thoughts that interfere with change and growth. I employ evidence-based methods and tailor them to the individual clients' needs. I treat my clients with respect, sensitivity, caring, and honesty.
