Hailey Kale is a registered associate in the state of Oregon with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. She has experience in working with depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, social anxiety, conflict, relationship issues, peer relationships, stress, and unpacking childhood issues.

Hailey treats patients between the ages of 16 and 65+. She has experience counseling adolescents, adults, and groups. Hailey views therapy as a sacred space for clients to dive deeper into their stories & life experiences. She believes that emotions play a large role in the experience of self as well as personal growth in regard to healing & emotional processing. Hailey works with individuals to address emotions, thoughts, & behaviors that can be impacting the client in challenging or beneficial ways. She desires for therapeutic work to be a team effort to work towards a healing experience where the individual feels attuned to & celebrated throughout the process.Hailey’s approach to counseling is integrative, practicing from a client-centered approach as she uses techniques from Adlerian therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Hailey works to create an environment where clients feel heard, validated, comfortable, & empowered.
