Grace believes in respecting each person's current state of existence while reminding them of tools they already possess to accomplish their goals. She uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to offer new tools and a change of perspective when needed. Her main areas of focus include LGBTQ2S+ folks, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and relationship concerns.
