Education
Eva Cicilian’s professional experience includes fifteen years of working in the healthcare industry. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from Portland State University in her 20’s. After having children, Eva obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as a registered nurse at the bedside at Oregon Health and Science University. She then went on to acquire a Master of Nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Oregon Health and Science University.

Eva Cicilian offers treatment to clients across their lifespan who may be experiencing mental health difficulties. During the last year of graduate school, she focused on thoroughly learning qualitative and effective types of evidence-based psychological therapy methods. She offers medication management and therapy for clients with a focus on both mental and physical health strategies. Her vision is to help clients strengthen resiliency, restore hope, and move toward mental health recovery.
