Mr. Grushkin's primary goal is to help clients feel better and function better in their here- and-now, day-to-day life. His orientation is Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution Focused. He has an interactive practical problem-solving approach, which includes training in skills for calming the mind and body. Mr. Grushkin believes that in a calm body and clear mind, dysfunctional moods and thoughts are less able to take hold.
Mr. Grushkin enjoys playing the flute, learning guitar and listening to music. He has a BS Degree in Music from New York University. Mr. Grushkin has had an interest in Eastern Philosophy and meditation for 30 years.
