Doctor of Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Arizona State University, 2010; Master in Counseling, Arizona State University, 2003. I have been in active practice for approximately 12 years helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I also have specialized experience working with individuals struggling with symptoms from bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and major depression.

Theoretical Orientation
how the client perceives the problem and, more importantly, the solution. Backed by current research, in my experience therapy is most effective when a client's successes and talents are brought to the forefront to aid in addressing his or her current concerns. The use of strengths to find avenues of change usually produce the most efficacious and long-standing solutions.
