Education
I have a B.S. from Walla Walla College and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Lewis Clark College. I have been a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor-Level 3 since 2001 and a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2008.
Services Offered
Individual therapy, group, family therapy, couples, adults, dual diagnosis, Adolescents. I have worked with teens in a variety of settings, beginning in residential in 1996. I am also a master’s level certified drug and alcohol counselor and have extensive experience working with people in recovery.
Theoretical Orientation
I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral approach and am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and believe these skills are helpful for anyone who is having difficulty managing life challenges. I also use a family systems approach when working with couples and adolescents.
