Individual Therapy and Couples Therapy
Ben believes human wellness is built on the need for safety, connection, growth, and finding meaning; when these needs are left unfulfilled, problems may arise in a person’s life. He utilizes Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychoanalytic Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help individuals and couples begin to build the life they desire.
Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, fishing, reading, playing video games, going on nature walks, and baking/cooking.
