Anna Hadley-Sprecher LCSW, CADC I
I received my Bachelor's in Psychology from California State University - Sacramento and my Master's in Social Work at Portland State University. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Oregon and Washington. I am a certified alcohol and drug counselor in the state of Oregon.
I do my best to embrace each individual's unique circumstances and situation with establishing a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe I can help people learn how to access tools that empower them to meet their current challenges, while simultaneously building skills for future use. I am trained in systems and solution-focused approaches. I look at relationships in client's lives as systems and work with people to strengthen those relationships, whether it be a relationship with an individual or within a family. I see a variety of clients and love the diversity. Most of my background and experience is in treating children, teens and families. Former jobs have given me to the opportunity to work with people of all ages.
In addition to interventions for a range of mental health conditions including depression and anxiety, I have specific skills in Parent-Child Interaction Threapy (PCIT), CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Structural and Strategic Family Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing
I love being a mama! As a family we enjoy spending our free time outdoors and being active. Some of our favorite activities include hiking, walking and being with extended family or friends. You can also find me cooking healthy and wholesome meals for my family. My personal hobbies include running, yoga, and reading.
