Education
Adele received her Bachelor's degree from Whitman College, in Sociology with a minor in Gender Studies. She studied Social Work at Portland State University. Adele has over 15 years of experience working in mental health in a variety of settings including residential treatment facilities, schools, and community mental health agencies.

Adele uses an integrated approach that spans various theoretical perspectives and techniques and is tailored to the specific needs of clients she works with. Her approach is based in a person-centered, recovery orientated model that is informed by attachment principles. Specific therapeutic techniques Adele employs: Solution-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioral, Narrative, Motivational Interviewing, as well as play and expressive therapies.
