Virtual Visits and Client Portal
Virtual visits occur over the internet in the comfort and safety of your own home. You can access the program with a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Western utilizes a HIPAA-compliant, secure application to conduct sessions over the internet. Click here for more information on how to do a virtual visit.
To connect to a visit, find your clinician in our Staff Directory and click on the button for Virtual Visit. This will place you in the waiting room for your clinician.
We should note that many health plans have approved the use of a phone during this public health emergency, as well.This is an option if it is not possible to make a video connection.
Western also has a client portal for clients who are in services with us! With the portal, you can
- View and request changes to appointments
- View statements or balances
- Make a payment
- Access medication information
- Send or receive secure messages
