This 8 week virtual group focuses on developing methods to reduce anxiety and panic.
It utilizes a mind-body approach to enhance understanding of anxiety and decrease symptoms.
Sessions cover anxiety education, cognitive techniques, exposure, emotional awareness and acceptance, and biophysical approaches to improve one's ability to respond to and tolerate anxiety and stress.
