Individual, Group, Family Counseling.
Yessica believes in helping clients build their own toolbox by collaboratively working on strengthening their skills as the client paves their own journey, while developing their sense of self. Yessica believes it is important to be able to be sensitive to individual and cultural differences as the therapeutic relationship grows.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking and exploring what Portland has to offer, as well as signing up for fun runs and walks around the area. Once a year, I run a half-marathon as a way to mentally and physically challenge myself. I enjoy traveling every chance I get.
