Education
Theresa is a registered LPC-I with an MA in Ed, School Counseling from Lewis & Clark and a BA in Education from WOU. She enjoys working with people of all ages and stages of development. Honoring life stages and human development is a passion, stemming from 25 years of school school counseling, teaching and parenting. Theresa is under the supervision of Miranda Gambetti, LPC, CADCII.

Individual counseling for adults, children. Family therapy.
Theoretical Orientation
Theresa believes that humans can benefit from counseling by gaining self-knowledge and self-acceptance. She is warm and non-judgmental, using a person-centered approach with varied methods to support each client. She has particular experience with: expressive arts, trauma-informed, solution-focused, play therapy, ecotherapy, CBT, NonViolent Communication, mindfulness, and others.

She grew up in a small agricultural town in Oregon. Being outdoors brings Theresa joy. In her free time you can find her making art on her own and with others, taking road trips with her partner or son, playing board games, listening to music, and hanging out with family, friends, and pets.
