We all need to feel listened to and understood. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic space where you can feel free to express yourself as we explore thoughts and emotional blocks which may be preventing you from living your best life. I have a strength based, person centered approach which is trauma informed and incorporates psychodynamic, narrative and relational-cultural therapy.
I enjoy reading, traveling, spending time with friends and family including my daughter and two cats.
