Stacy utilizes an integrative approach to therapy that is based on her strong beliefs in client-centered practices, social justice, and people's ability to be resilient. She integrates mindfulness techniques, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and interpersonal evidence-based approaches to treatment. As an individual and group therapist, she utilizes in-the-moment processes to increase her clients' awareness about themselves and their interpersonal styles.

Since moving here, Stacy has enjoyed many things about the Pacific Northwest. She enjoys skiing and hiking near Mount Hood and visiting the Oregon coast. She loves the vibrant culture, food trucks, and coffee shops in Portland. In her free time, Stacy is usually playing tennis, reading nonfiction, or walking her chihuahua puppy.
