Education
I have my Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lewis and Clark College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English Literature from University of Puget Sound. I am licensed as a Marriage and Family therapist (LMFT). I previously worked at Options Counseling and Family Services from 2018-2021 as a family therapist and as a mental health consultant for Head Start. From 2014-2018 I worked for Morrison Child and Family Services as a school-based therapist and as an outpatient therapist. Prior to working as a therapist, I have experience working in residential treatment, respite services and community engagement.

Theoretical Orientation
As a queer, cisgender, femme therapist I believe in providing a space specifically crafted for the LGBTQ+ community to feel safe, accepted and celebrated. I work with youth, young adults, couples, and parents to explore various topics including: gender-identity, sexual orientation and the impacts of oppression on mental health. I have specialties in working with trauma, anxiety and depression, foster-care and adoption.
