Shayna has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Vermont, and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. Shayna has experience working with youth and families experiencing mental health crises, as well as living with addiction.

Shayna always provides Trauma Informed Care. She incorporates CBT, DBT and Mindfulness into her curriculum.
