Sarabeth Casey LPC, MA
I received my MA in Counseling Psychology from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR. I graduated in 2006 with an emphasis in working with children, adolescents and families. I have worked in residential treatment centers, outpatient settings, and in the community providing crisis intervention.
Individual and family therapy
I want to help individuals identify their strengths, challenge their unhealthy habits, and empower them to make positive life changes. In sessions, I primarily use aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-based and strengths-based approaches, psychoeducation and parent education to work towards achieving their goals.
I enjoy travelling, outdoor activities (hiking and jogging with my dog), art (painting, drawing), reading and playing indoor soccer.
