Rhianna Delaney LMFT
Rhianna earned her M.Ed. in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon and a BS in Psychology from Montana State University. She recently completed an externship in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and has experience working with couples, individuals and families.
Individual, Couples and Family therapy for adults and older teens, including non-traditional relationship structures.
Rhianna is a systems therapist. This means she primarily views people, their strengths and their challenges in the context of their relationships, both past and present. Rhianna believes in the importance of telling your story and speaking your truth in a safe, supportive environment. She uses an eclectic approach, tailored to meet the needs of her clients. She frequently utilizes emotion-focused and strategic therapy theory and techniques.
I love spending time with my family and friends exploring Oregon. I like to cook and eat new foods, and Portland is a fantastic place to do that! I like to garden, hike and spend time outdoors.
