Theoretical Orientation
I utilize an integrative approach to therapy where I am not married to utilizing one specific type of therapy with my clients. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, emotion focused therapy and other approaches. I focus on making sure that I am viewing my clients from a holistic perspective that is looking for the best techniques to help that specific individual and family to learn how to cope better and more fully enjoy life.
