"Mental Health is not something that happens to others. It touches us all. Your Mental Health matters. YOU matter." As a provider, I see it as my job to support you in gaining awareness and understanding of what you are experiencing and finding ways to move past your pain. I utilize Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Parent-Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Family Systems based approaches to meet your needs. I often address common issues such as ADHD/ADD, abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management, parenting issues, emotional dysregulation, and Bipolar Disorder.
I enjoy spending my free time in the sunshine, being on a river or lake, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
